Loyce Victor Njila was awarded a BS. in Human Nutrition from
Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. She is a qualified
nutritionist and HIV practitioner with relevant experience in
providing nutrition education and counselling to diverse groups in
Tanzania. Her work experience is rooted in working with government ministries, international organisations and non- governmental organisations. She has recent experience
implementing nutrition projects with a special focus on children in
Tanzania. Her work ethics have made it possible for her to fully
facilitate and support implementation of donor funded health and
nutrition projects in the country.
Loyce has been a pivotal figure in supporting the growth of
Tanzania’s agricultural sector, championing the use of local, organic
processes that not only enhance the quality of produce but also
support the livelihoods of local farmers. Her commitment to
sustainable farming practices has led to increased productivity and
income for farmers while promoting healthier and more nutritious
food options for consumers.
Through her tireless efforts, Loyce
continues to contribute significantly to the agricultural landscape
in Tanzania, embodying the spirit of innovation and resilience in the
face of challenges. Her work is a testament to her dedication to her
